Ridge's cutting service provides efficient and precise cutting of metallic and non-metallic materials, producing exceptional edge quality. Multi-axis capabilities allow for complex cuts, mitered cuts, shapes, contours, and repeatable accuracy. The water jet operates at up to 50,000 psi, providing accurate cutting of shapes within +/- .003" tolerances.

• 3 axis hy-def plasma and 5 axis waterjet machining
• 28” x 18” capacity Marvel band saw with 60 degree mitering capability
• Waterjet cutting of complex shapes and contours to +/- 0.005"
• Cutting range 0.003 - 5.00" thick
• Large 5'x 10' work tables
• With the water jet, No heat affected zones
• CNC controls provide excellent repeatability for both plasma & water jet
